    The 1,000 Christian Leads Cohort

Build your first 1,000-lead Christian audience in 90 days.

A coached implementation program for ministries, nonprofits, resource creators, consultants, and businesses serving one defined Christian audience. Use Create–Test–Amplify to build and operate your own lead-generation system.

An implementation target, not a guarantee of leads or revenue.

12 organizations only · Enrollment closes October 30 or when all 12 places are filled.

    November 2, 2026–January 29, 2027

    Fixed 90-day implementation cohort

    12 organizations

    One group progressing together

    About 3 hours / week

    Focused implementation time

    Advertising separate

Plan for up to approximately $3,000

    Less watching. More building.

Leave with a system. Not just a folder of videos.

You’re joining a structured implementation experience. Each milestone moves your organization closer to a working, owned audience-building system.

Build and launch a repeatable system designed to pursue your first 1,000 leads from one defined Christian audience during a 90-day implementation cohort.

Results depend on the audience, offer, creative, funnel, advertising budget and execution. Neither 1,000 leads nor revenue is guaranteed.

    1. One clearly defined Christian audience
    2. A campaign-ready offer or lead magnet
    3. A focused landing page and signup flow
    4. A delivery and follow-up system
    5. Your own paid campaign
    6. A repeatable optimization process
    7. A system for pursuing the 1,000-lead target

    $1,000 performance reward

Generate 1,000 leads by January 29, 2027, and earn $1,000 back.

Every enrolled participant is eligible, including payment-plan participants.

    • Claim the performance reward by sharing a screenshot showing the lead total.
    • No additional documentation or qualification standard is required.
    • Advertising costs are not reimbursed.
    • Anyone who receives a full tuition refund is no longer eligible.

This performance reward does not guarantee that every participant will reach 1,000 leads.

    Start with the right expectations

For organizations ready to do the work.

Ministries, nonprofits, consultants, resource creators and businesses can all use this system. What matters is a legitimate offer, one defined Christian audience and someone ready to implement.

This is a good fit if you…

    • Have a legitimate ministry, product, service, resource, event, or offer
    • Serve one identifiable Christian audience
    • Can assign one person to lead implementation
    • Can commit approximately 3 hours per week
    • Can fund tuition and a separate controlled advertising campaign
    • Are willing to test and revise your messaging based on campaign data

This is not the right fit if…

    • There is no clear offer or resource
    • Nobody can own implementation
    • Your organization cannot fund any advertising
    • You expect CMO.Church to build and manage everything
    • You require guaranteed revenue or campaign results

Examples, not required categories: Christian men, Bible engagement, marriage enrichment, parenting, foster and adoptive families, Christian mental health, leadership, financial stewardship, missions, and spiritual formation.

    How the cohort works

A shared path. Your own audience.

    • One general curriculum that applies across Christian audiences
    • A fixed group progressing through the program together
    • Approximately every-other-week group coaching, 2:30–3:30 p.m. Central
    • Coaching recordings posted in Skool
    • Private cohort Slack community
    • One campaign-review cycle with two feedback rounds
    • Lifetime access to course materials
    • Slack community transitions to an alumni community after the program

You implement. We help you move forward.

Set aside approximately 3 focused hours each week. Work through the current milestone, bring your questions and campaign data, and put the feedback into practice. This is not a done-for-you service.

    The curriculum

    Six modules. One connected system.

Move from a clear audience to an active campaign, then use what the data tells you to improve. Later modules may be released progressively during the founding cohort.

    1. Choose Your Audience and Offer

Define one specific Christian audience, clarify the problem and select the resource or offer that earns attention.

    2. Create the Lead Magnet

Build a useful resource for the audience you want to reach.

    3. Build the Funnel and Follow-Up

Create the landing page, signup form, delivery process and follow-up experience.

    4. Test and Improve

Launch controlled tests, study campaign performance, and improve your messaging.

    5. Launch the Paid Campaign

Configure the campaign, creative, tracking and budget and launch it responsibly.

    6. Amplify What Works Until 1,000 Leads

Increase spending on what is working and pursue the 1,000-lead target. Results are not guaranteed.

    November 2, 2026–January 29, 2027

A clear rhythm for the next 90 days.

    1. Create — November

Choose one Christian audience and offer, create the lead magnet, and build the funnel and follow-up.

    2. Test — December

Launch controlled tests, study campaign performance, and improve the campaign.

    3. Amplify — January

Increase spending on what is working and pursue the 1,000-lead target.

    Support with a defined scope

Bring the work. Get useful feedback.

    Approximately every-other-week group coaching

Meet from 2:30–3:30 p.m. Central. Coaching recordings are posted in Skool, and the private cohort Slack community transitions to an alumni community after the program.

    • Group coaching
    • Recorded calls in Skool
    • Private cohort Slack community
    • Alumni community after the program

    One campaign-review cycle per organization

    1. One complete initial campaign submission
    2. First round of feedback from CMO.Church
    3. One revised submission after implementing the feedback
    4. A second and final round of feedback

Complete submissions receive feedback within three business days. This is one review cycle with two rounds of feedback—not unlimited campaign consulting.

Feedback covers items such as audience, offer, lead magnet, landing page, ad creative, copy, campaign structure, follow-up, and performance.

Reviews improve campaign quality and decision-making. They do not guarantee a particular lead count, cost per lead, revenue result, or other outcome.

    A few things worth asking

    Your questions, answered.

    What counts as a lead?

A lead is a person who provides their name, email address, and phone number through a campaign whose creative and copy intentionally target the participant’s chosen audience. No additional demographic, purchasing, ministry-size, or sales qualification applies.

    Is advertising included in tuition?

No. Advertising costs are separate from tuition and are not reimbursed by the performance reward.

How much should we plan to spend on advertising?

Advertising is separate from tuition. Plan for up to approximately $3,000 in advertising while pursuing 1,000 leads. CMO.Church campaigns have historically generated leads for under $3 each, but actual costs vary according to the audience, offer, creative, landing page, geography, and execution.

What happens if we generate 1,000 leads?

Generate 1,000 leads by January 29, 2027, and earn $1,000 back as a performance reward. Claim it by sharing a screenshot showing the lead total. No additional documentation or qualification standard is required. Advertising costs are not reimbursed. Anyone who receives a full tuition refund is no longer eligible. This does not guarantee that every participant will reach 1,000 leads.

Feedback is provided within three business days after each complete submission, on items such as audience, offer, lead magnet, landing page, ad creative, copy, campaign structure, follow-up, and performance. Reviews improve campaign quality and decision-making but do not guarantee a lead count, cost per lead, revenue result, or other outcome.
