    For every qualified engagement, we agree on the audience, the definition of a lead, the media budget, and the 90-day campaign requirements before work begins.

    If we deliver only 80% of the promised leads, we refund 20% of our agency fee. If we deliver only 50%, we refund 50% of our agency fee.
